Adivi Sesh‘s Dacoit has posted a below-par first weekend at the box office, recovering just around 50% of the breakeven value. The film performed well in overseas markets, Hyderabad, and Bangalore cities, but struggled significantly in the rest of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Weekend Performance Analysis
In B and C centers across Telugu states, Dacoit failed to gain traction and couldn’t recover even one-third of the invested amounts over the first weekend. Despite a promising opening day, the momentum wasn’t sustained through the weekend.
The film now needs a strong hold on weekdays for distributors to achieve recovery.
